Program Policy& Fees

By registering for classes at Seabass Aquatics, I hereby acknowledge that swimming and aquatic activities involve inherent risks of physical injury. On behalf of myself and/or my minor child, I fully assume all such risks and hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Seabass Aquatics, its owners, instructors, and facilities from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, illness, or damages sustained during participation. I agree to indemnify and defend Seabass Aquatics against any claims made by third parties arising from my or my child's actions. If I am registering a minor, I confirm I am the legal parent or guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.

• Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Secure your spot early!
• Mid-month enrollment? Registration can be prorated based on your start date.
• Tuition is calculated on a strict 4-week monthly basis.
• A $25 non-refundable registration fee is required per student upon sign-up.
• Management reserves the right to cancel or change classes based on enrollment or instructor availability.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the lesson will be treated as a late cancellation and will require full payment.
• All cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
• For shared lessons, if a swimmer's partner cancels and they are left swimming on their own, that lesson will be billed as a private lesson.
• Full payment is required if a swimmer arrives late, does not enter the pool, chooses not to participate, or leaves the lesson early. Lesson fees reserve the swimmer's scheduled time regardless of how much of the lesson is completed.
• Late arrivals will receive only the remaining portion of their scheduled lesson, and lesson time will not be extended.

• To prevent incidents, participants must refrain from eating or drinking heavy meals at least 1 hour prior to their lesson.
• All swimmers are strongly encouraged to use the restroom immediately before entering the pool area.
• Strict Diaper Policy: For children under age 4, and any individual not fully potty-trained, snug-fitting reusable cloth swim diapers are strictly required. Disposable swim diapers are NOT permitted as they do not contain waste effectively.

Payment is due immediately at the end of each lesson. Parents and adult swimmers must complete payment before leaving the pool.

Payments may not be postponed until later in the day or carried over to the next lesson. If payment is not received before departure, future lessons may be paused until the outstanding balance is paid.
